EvoWeld Mini
The EvoWeld Mini, one of our new products in the EvoWeld line of laser plastic welding systems, is both ergonomic and economical. It was developed for small-batch plastic laser welding and laboratory applications. The EvoWeld Mini laser plastic welding machine enables the processing of prototypes or low-volume products. With a work area of 320x663 mm² and a height of 533 mm, the EvoWeld Mini features a compact footprint. It meets Class 1 laser safety standards and is designed to require no additional protective equipment. Even the standard version includes all necessary components (cooling, control equipment, laser pointers, etc.). To enhance flexibility and ease of use, the EvoWeld Mini supports a wide range of industrial processes. Plastic laser welding contours can be easily applied using the EvoLap software. It offers the capability to monitor all processes and quality controls (optional).

- 400 V, 50–60 Hz, max. 3 kW power supply.
- Compressed air supply at 4.5 to 10 bar, in accordance with DIN 8573-1 Class 1-4-1.
